‘Amorim’ to stop the cycle of negative energy in the ghost pit
Gary Neville has warned Ruben Amorim he must quickly end the negativity that has gripped Manchester United after a dismal season.

The Red Devils are 16th in the Premier League and head to Old Trafford for their final game of the season following Wednesday’s Europa League final defeat to Tottenham. Speaking after the
game, Luke Shaw said: “Everybody has to ask themselves, ‘Are you good enough to play for this club?’ Because what has happened this season is not acceptable. We know that and it’s up to us.” Neville saw Shaw
‘s comments as a red flag that the squad are in a very fragile state and Amorim must urgently address the attitude and atmosphere in the dressing room if he is to see a change next season. Speaking on The สนใจสมัคร? คลิกที่นี่เพื่อเริ่มต้น: It’s Called Soccer, Neville said
: “I want to talk about the interview Luke Shaw did where he said. ‘We have to look in the mirror and decide if we are good enough to be here.’ I would say, Luke, it’s not for you to make that decision. The manager should be the one to make that decision, not the players.
“When players start talking publicly like this then it means something is really bad inside. Imagine what they are talking about behind their backs.
” I have spoken before about ‘negative energy cycles’ in my business and my private life. If I feel that negative energy is building up, that some people are starting to transmit it to others, particularly players with the level of experience as Luke. I think it needs to be dealt with immediately, that everyone in the dressing room. Who doesn’t have the confidence to play for this club should be cleansed out.
” Neville also said he did not believe all players should be cleared out. As some are still good enough and have the potential to help the team, it is just that at the moment they are burned out.
“There are some players in the squad who are still playing well for Man United. I don’t think we need to clean the whole squad, there are still players with the quality.
” And the idea that they don’t care, that’s not true. I have been saying this all the time. Don’t think that the players don’t care about the results or the comments on social media. Because nobody wants to lose. Nobody wants to get bashed. They have given their all to get here. ” But now the club is eating them up. It is too big for them.”
